You should have integrity as a good leader. Upholding integrity as a leader will show everyone how dedicated you are. Integrity is common to all the great leaders, according to history. If a leader has no integrity, then there is no leadership at all. You are not a true leader if you do not have integrity. All your plans will come true if you will put in mind the things you need to do as a good leader. Honesty will make your clients and team fully trust you.
